1. General Questions

Firstly, you need to create an account. After that you are able to login and create a new device. The automatically created device key and your email needs to be entered into the App.

At the moment you can only register a maximum of 2 devices per account. We will raise it at some time in the future.

No nothing, except a password reset request or for password confirmation we won't send any emails.

Simply download the App and enter your received login details.

2. Tracking

Currently only the last 3 days will be stored. Everything else will be deleted. We are considering raising this value in the future.

On iOS: We are using the battery friendliest way to keep track of the current locations. You will hardly ever even see 1% on the battery usage/week screen. As long as you won't open it up everyday - which is not necessary - as it should be kept in the background.

On iOS: Please check the following settings: Background Refresh: Enabled? Access to the Location services: Always?

A detailed tracking is possible. Just press "Start detailed tracking". As long as you are moving, it will track all your movements every 50m. After around 15 minutes of rest you will get notified, that the tracking stopped to save battery. You can reanable or stop the detailed tracking at any time.
